Chef Latha's Kitchen - Journey to the Heart of Kerala Cuisine!

Chef Latha K. is the first female chef from the coastal city of Kozhikode in the southern Indian state of Kerala, with over 31 years of culinary expertise. She has been passionate about reviving traditional Malabari recipes and has gained expertise in wellness and tribal cuisines.
Chef Latha began her career in the food industry by establishing her own successful catering business. Since then, she has worked with some of the most prestigious hotel groups around the world, including the Raviz Hotel in Kozhikode, Seaship Group in Dubai, and the Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty.
